FIFA 16 Players Rating

The ratings are comprised of a lot of different categories. Finishing, shot power, crossing, short passing, long passing, tackling, positioning, speed and stamina are just a few of the categories. Each player is rated on a scale of 1-99 in each of these areas which contribute to a players rating. Different stats are more important based on a given position.

Players are rated on multiple skill sets, with a maximum score of 99 for any given stat.

Examples of skills include Heading, Finishing, sprint speed, ball control, free kick accuracy, endurance, etc, etc, etc. There's something like 20+ skills you get rated on, supposedly based on real world performances.

Through some mysterious algorithm, EA averages these scores into an overall score, where 99 is again the highest possible rating.

Being in the 90s is very rare, and high 80's is considered world class. Most average MLS players are rated in the high 60s to low 70s, while most EPL players are rated in the mid 70s to the low 80s.

At that level, I'm not sure. I know there's some amount of local scouting done, but I don't think it's done based on the numbers of Fifa 16 coins. A lot more of it is done to make the players "feel" right, which is why you'll see certain teams' players be overrated (teams that win) while others are underrated (teams that lose).

Fifa needs to start making tendencies for players. Everyone plays the same. The only difference is if a player is better or has a higher ball skill rating. Every time I play against messi he is absolutely gone the entire match.

I don't think any player can be rated based on 3-7 games at the World Cup. Klingenberg is pretty consistent for club, but it's not clear if that information is being used for these ratings.

Kling did amazing in the World Cup go Watch the 2012 Olympics again and see if O'Hara ever cleared a ball with purpose. Klingenberg scored two badass goals leading up to the world cup and she provided much more to the attack than O'Hara ever did from that position.

FIFA 16: Tournament Pack Glitch

f:id:fifa16coinsfut:20150812121011j:plain

Is the tournament pack glitch in effect with the 2 new tournaments?
Italian tournament - 25k pack Tippeligan tournament - 50k pack

If yes, Imma clear out my week and abuse the tournaments all week.
EDIT: The tournament pack glitch is when you win for the 2nd time (or more), you still get the same reward as when you win it the first time. ie. with the pack

I'm pretty sure this used to be a glitch, but now it's intended behavior.
It used to be that you'd win a tournament the first time and receive, say, 5k and a pack. The next time you start the tournament, it would say that the reward is 3k Fifa 16 coins, but if you win, you get the pack anyway.

After the recent patch, if the tournament says you only get 3k coins after the first win, you only get 3k coins after the first win. If the tournament still says you get a pack after the first win, you'll continue to get a pack with each subsequent win.

All that said, if you win the tournament once and it still says you'll get a pack if you win it again, you can almost certainly win the pack over and over again. If you win the tournament once and it says you'll only receive coins from future wins, you won't be able to get more than one pack.

And it was very hard to find decent silver norwegian player even hour ago! Unbelievable :) I had to spent almost 25k for 5 players. Hope it'll worth it. Italian tournament looks more fun (no subbed stars), but prize is not so good.

FIFA 16: ability of the game

EA are a behemoth of a company who employ people with the skills to implement everything you mentioned, and I completely agree with you on those points.

However fixing them would remove the ability of the game to affect the outcomes of passes, tackles, headers, saves Fifa coins, hell even complete games, as skilled players would rise to the top and once they had a squad they were happy with and winning with - no need to spend money.

Likewise lesser skilled players would more than likely lose interest and move onto another game, and EA lose the residuals on points for packs.

It's this algorithm which makes us all buy packs and improve whether you have a shitty bronze starter team or an 85 rated team of superstars.

I've been watching a lot of replays recently when something shitty happens in game, and the stuff that happens is literally moronic and can only be explained by the game forcing or stopping certain movements.

Players and balls speeding up or slowing down in mid air to either win or lose a header or tackle, balls changing direction in midair to make sure it goes to a certain player, players turning the wrong way on their own before moving to where you are pointing the stick, jockeying an attacker perfectly giving him no option only for him to kick it straight at you and your man to do an auto lunge or auto jump of some sort to let it go through, players legs literally going through each other and the ball to allow them to get a shot on goal...the list is endless.

I'm tempted to start a youtube channel in the new year analysing all the shit that goes on and breaking it down to show how infested with bollocks the game is.

Don't get me wrong, FIFA is an impressive piece of software of massive scale and scope, and there are bound to be bugs in something so complex.
The problem for me is that these bugs seem manufactured into the game on purpose as part of the engine, and no other developer treats its customers so badly, ignores bug reports and bans them from the official forums for talking about something which is obviously in the game (scripting/momentum) and gets away with it - all the while raking in hundreds of millions every year from us.

I'm sure we have all tried letting go of the pad and watched as your team start defending better than when you were actually trying to play - scripted handholding at it's best. If I stop pressing the Fifa 16 coins, the man should stop running, but he doesn't, and that cannot be acceptable - and it isn't in any other game so why in FIFA?
TLDR: Don't be lazy, read it. :)

FIFA 16 Career Mode Suggestion

Better AI managers and transfers (as in more realistic).even sacking poorly preforming AI managers.

-Be able to see the top players in the world. As if a professional manager wouldn't know the top 25 or even 50000 Fifa coins, it's too hard to know who are the best players in the world after a few seasons.

-Better scouting and transfers, show potential of fully scouted players.
-Upgrade stadiums:but make it a really big deal like you'll have to take a lower budget for a year or two but then a really big budget when you're settled, also include real life stadium upgrades like west ham to Olympic stadium or Anfield increase.

-Change jersey, even just once after a few seasons.
-Be able to set your style of play a lot better like football manager I know you can kind of now but even more in depth.

-Other teams play there style of play e.g. Swansea play possession or Barcas passing game.

-No more board selling unhappy players for a fraction of their value.
-Multiplayer career mode. This is already in football manager. Say you have like 3 or 4 people pick different teams in the PL or wherever and it doesn’t advance till everyone has pressed advance...it would be tough to do but super fun.

-Training...just like a kick about with your team no draining stamina but no increase in stats, just to get a feel of your team.

-Increase budget realistically and let left over money carry over.
-THIS IS A BIG ONE: I'll have to use an example to explain it...say if I do a career with Burnley who are newly promoted and I finish 15th that would mean I’ve done very well since Burnley have the weakest squad in the BPL but if I did finish 15th most of my players would be out of form which is stupid...there should be less expectations for newly promoted teams.
-Better press conferences.

f:id:fifa16coinsfut:20150808114725j:plain

-More player communications and team talks.
-More player faces.

-Better development especially in youths(Stamina is a huge problem in youths)

-Manager attributes like in Football Manager.
-More difficulties, like another difficulty between each of the current ones.
-Long term stat keeping.
-More presentation for cup wins.

-Manager reputation with fans/board.
-More interaction with Fifa 16 coins android.
-Increase in weak foot and skill moves.
-Youngsters increase in height.

-Pick your staff (coaches, trainers etc.)
-No players getting stuck on the same rating even if they are young and playing amazing.

-More control when simming(subs and choosing style of play and seeing who got assists and seeing match rating)
-Longer career mode 20+ years
-Get the lower leagues of English football.

Five tips of FIFA 16

I have always played online seasons but this year I found it boring and repetitive, I was getting pissed off by all the glitches/bugs/ibarbo's that were out there. I took up playing offline seasons and I have finally perfected my team and my style of play that lets me beat the CPU virtually every time and lets me claim all of those free jumbo gold packsin div 1!

After seeing this question asked multiple times, here are a few simple tips on how to beat the CPU on legendary.

1 - Possession is KEY
Here's a screen grab from the last game I played, as you can see I managed to significantly out pass possibly the best passing team with Fifa 16 coins pc. Keep your passing simple, pass around the defence slowly pushing forward. Run out of ideas and cant see a clear ball through? That's fine! it happens all the time, just don't rush turn around and start again with the defence.
Don't play like you would online, lobbed through balls are a big no no. I try to not play any through balls unless I have enough room to fit a bus in! It always helps to have at least 1 ball playing CB and have a CDM who can dictate the tempo.

Treat the CPU like you wanted to treat that 12 year old Mexican kid who was being yelled at by his Mother over the headset. You know... the one who just scored a hat trick against you with doumbia and watched all the f***ing replays!!

That's right, pass around the back, be a dick hold the ball up, the CPU really do get pissed off and that's how I win 75% of my games, keep the ball make them chase it. The longer the game goes on they will charge out and make mistakes, a lot of my games result in the CPU getting a red card!

2 - Defending is vital!
It may sound simple but the CPU will rarely try to counter attack you unless you are on all out attack asking for it so you don't really need that CB with 80 pace any more. Put in players like Terry [84 Def] over the likes of Onuoha [75 Def] who may be amazing online but will get destroyed by the Legendary attackers, there dribbling and ball control is insane and they will just walk around you when you try to make a tackle.

NEVER CHARGE AT THE OPPOSITION! I cant express how vital this is, if you are running after the ball they will pick you off, just use your CDM to float around and block passing lanes. Try to play them down the wings , jockey them until they make the cross and then clear it with your CB's. The CPU love to cross the ball when you play like this, players like Messi and Neymar are wasted in an aerial battle with Terry!

3 - Learn how to take set pieces!
Free kicks are insanely easy on this years Fifa, I score with around 50% of my free kicks within 30 yds, that may not sound like a lot but the goalkeepers on Legendary are capable of some amazing saves ( not like their mentally challenged online colleagues). Get into the skill games and practice practice practice!!

f:id:fifa16coinsfut:20150807121755j:plain

4 - Physical is king around these parts!
My squad has only one player with pace over 90, I much prefer physical and ball control for playing offline. If you try to outpace the defenders they will stop you dead unless you have A LOT of room! I added Zlatan [86 Phy] into my squad, I know some people wont be able to afford him but there are plenty of alternatives out there! I score so many goals from shielding the ball with him and waiting for a lay off pass, it draws in the defenders to make a tackle and often results in either making space for my other forward or me getting free kicks (and scoring them!)

5 - Play 2 up top!
I like to pair my big man forward with a smaller more agile forward with high finishing, they make great runs around the big man when you are shielding the ball which is vital if you want to get the defence out of position.
I would advise against playing a 4-3-3 formation as it leaves your lone forward isolated, wingers are very ineffective against legendary and will get out paced and out muscled almost every time. But hey if you like the formation why not give it a go!

Small tips :
Winning after the 70th minute? Go defensive and counter attacking! the chances to score will be on a gold platter for you to feast on!
Use subs! fitness is a big factor in the last 20-30 minutes of a game, make the most of your subs especially in the midfield area!

Struggling with the speed of the game? Change the game speed to Low for a more realistic experience.

Lastly , don't forgot that this needs cheap Fifa 16 coins. If you lose big deal just try again, next time you will be better! Don't lose your head if you are losing, just play on and learn from your mistakes!

Not sure if anybody will find this useful as I have no experience writing guides, but if anybody has any questions feel free to ask I will be happy to help you in any way I can!

A boatload of coins in FIFA 16

I got my start by flipping discard guys for a few hundred more at a time. Yes, it is possible and yes it takes time to accumulate a boatload of Fifa 16 coins. However, without the massive inflation caused by coin glitching and selling, it wouldn't take that long at all. I hate being in the position of having to defend a soulless bloodsucking company like EA, but you aren't guaranteed mass profits on the market.

Let's be honest here... investors and price fixers are partly to blame too. Why does someone need 20 SIF De Bruynes? I'm not suggesting people that do this are cheaters, because they are playing within the rules in front of them. But if a handful of people own the majority of a card, its value will skyrocket because of fixing the market for that card. Its value is artificially inflated because people buying the card are doing so for the sole purpose of flipping it for profit.

Again, i have bought cards and sold for profit, so I'm not saying these are bad people. I'm just saying that those of us who like playing the market have caused an already volatile situation to probably be exacerbated somewhat. I never understood why people feel they're entitled to make 400k a night buying and flipping a few cards though. earning coins should be a bit of a grind. It shouldn't be that easy to get over 2 million coins.

f:id:fifa16coinsfut:20150806121330j:plain

the market was always going to collapse, hence why they have to rebuild it from scratch every year. again - real world?

this new system won't work as we know it because ea generates cards every week that are a RARE commodity. demand goes up and therefore so does supply inversely. supply doesn't exist at all in the new system after a certain point. however in the old system the rich get richer exponentially so making it harder for newer players. i knew this, which is how i was able to make my team of messi, ronaldo, toty players etc. without to buy Fifa 16 coins and retire from trading after toty.

the problem with the old system is that it was not economically viable or fair (and this coming from someone who manipulated it successfully). it collapses and is unfriendly to newcomers or people starting late. cards are monopolised.

the new system? well the potential problems are so far theoretical and interesting but this is a brilliant exercise in how to build a successful economy and it will most likely fail for several years until they might finally crack it and solve real world economic problems.

FIFA 16: collection coins

Everyone loves playing games and it's the main reason we play FUT. However there's needs to be more rewards around the potential player collecting aspect of the game.

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but why don't EA introduce coin bonuses for collecting a certain amount of players from a team or nation.
For example you get a 20k coin bonus for collecting all the Newcastle players, and the bonuses get bigger for the amount of amount of stars the team has in head to head (so for example 70k for all the Barcelona players and 10k for all the Leeds players), or you could even give special cards out instead of Fut 16 coins.

There also could have a team performance of the week, and if you collect all of the starting 11 from that team in the week you get 100k or a special card.
This would give people incentives to open packs (positive for EA) but also allow people new ways to earn Fifa 16 coins (positive for consumer), and add extra depth to the mode, as we know people love collecting things and building up their clubs.

f:id:fifa16coinsfut:20150805121108j:plain

I've seen people mention you should get rewards or badges if you win Division 1, well you could also get a top collector badge (once certain criteria is met) which would show next to your team names.
What do you guys think?

it's been suggested about a million times, and it's mostly an issue with licenses from what I understand. I'm sure the FUT guys have thought of it but due to sticker books and collections already existing, FUT can't duplicate this.
Chuboi even said on here last week they cannot legally use the term "in packs" because of legal reasons. So yea this is probably why they can't make collections like this.

I love the idea of a special player, like a bpl legend if you get every bpl player same for all leagues or a new like purple card of an upgraded liverpool captain for getting all liverpool players. the special cards sounds better than the cash tbh, even if they are not tradeable
